·       FIELD DAY-

o   Country Rentals -- figuring out how to clear liability waiver. Wamp reached out and asked how with it is possible. Lauren suggested to call central office – at SEF where she is on board, they have their insurance send a liability waiver. District is insured so should be able to do the same. Mrs. Ward will find out.

o   There will be ~25ish stations at field day.

o   Sunscreen station unsure due to newer policy about distributing certain items. Nurse Roche reaching out to district MD for guidance. Per Mrs Ward also need to check if it is DESE policy or district. In past just needed a permission slip.

o   Discussed water ordering for water stations. Do we have a water account with Ready Fresh? Kate P in charge of water (per Mrs. Ward) and will follow up.

 ·       Don’t Fry Friday will be this Friday. Thank you to Katie Labadia for spearheading this for our community.

 ·       Last school store June 3

 ·       Meet in June for last meeting to vote new board and budget. June 14 at 6:30pm.

 ·       Nurse entered and was able to explain why we cannot provide sunscreen. Sunscreen treated as an individual otc med and would have to be individual drs order to apply. Nurse Roche and Dr. Lane spoke to Superintendent Burkehead and at this time it’s not something we can do. Not sure what changed before Jess’ time in the district.
